Maya Yoga specializes in ashtanga
yoga classes and vinyasa yoga classes. These two strong styles
of yoga, use deep ujjayi breath, combined with a continuous
sequence of postures, to build muscular strength and flexibility,
along with cardiovascular endurance.
Maya classes also include yoga
philosophy and meditation to help inspire a deeper connection
to your spirit and God/Spirit.
